These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store, operated by Maysville Distilling Co. ("we," "us," "our") and powered by Shopify. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age to use this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Merchandise only. This store sells branded merchandise. No alcoholic beverages are sold through this store.

3. Products and pricing. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors, wood grain, etching and finishes may vary slightly from images. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors, and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

6. Discounts. Discount codes are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property. The Jacob Spears and Maysville Distilling Co. names, logos, designs, images and content on this store are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer. Products are provided "as is," except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy and to the extent permitted by law. Glassware is breakable; handle with care. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept them.
