Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every Jacob Spears piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

How to start a return. Email shop@jacob-spears.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we can't refund items lost in return transit.

Damaged or defective items. Glassware is packed carefully, but breakage happens. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if the item is out of stock. You don't need to return a broken item.

Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, a different shirt size) is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
