Shipping policy

Orders ship from Lexington, Kentucky to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates. Shipping costs vary by destination and the shipping method you choose. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships. We aren't responsible for carrier delays.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us within 7 days. For items damaged in transit, see our Refund & Return Policy.

Alcohol. This store sells merchandise only. No alcoholic beverages are sold or shipped through this store.
